The advertisement features a mid shot of Beckham (David) grasping Victoria which shows a sense of power and control. the bright blue key light in the right catches the eye which then leads you down to Victoria who is pulling David in with her right hand, and her aroused facial expression (parted red lips, closed eyes which shows that the perfume could give the guys a lot of attention which appeals to the audience as being a good way to get attention.

The audience would be either men or women over the age of 20 in my opinion who are looking for attention and either want to be in control and show there strength and power or for the women who would want to be all over the guy wearing it.

Also the celebrity name "Beckham" will will appeal to the audience as they may want to smell like Beckham or just to have the designer product. At the cost of £60 the audience would probably be people who have money to spare.

Featured in the advertisement is a range of dark mystical  colours apart from the bright red lipstick Victoria has on which is there catch the eye of the audience, this then leads you onto the her facial expression and the skin tones and the vectors which lead you down  to the product. Victoria's facial expression leads you to the stunning gaze of David Beckham who is looking right into the camera.

There is some more key lighting coming form the front which illuminates Davids and Victoria's face and skin tones the show the contrast from the brown/peach colour to a instant dark black.

  1. Some good work here on the way that the audience reads the text and vectors. Also you are using media terms. Try to develop explanation of the connotations created by media language and also how the representation of this celebrity couple would appeal to target audience.

Rephrase this " that the perfume could give the guys a lot of attention"

suggests that the perfume will appeal to women in a sexual way.
